The aging of New Zealand’s population has provided numerous opportunities for retirement village operators, but despite growing demand, the industry remains highly competitive. Metlifecare is one of the major players, owning and operating 17 villages nationwide. They came to us with one goal in mind – get more people through the doors. We came back with two suggestions – first, develop a distinctive brand personality and second, refresh communications that hadn’t changed in years. Since winning the account we’ve done both and achieved a significant increase in leads, exceeding levels achieved during the property boom years.
